The Lovemore Overlook is your West Slope Best Slope oasis of fun and relaxation. This lovingly remodeled cottage perched atop a Mesa overlooking the delightful town of Delta, Co, has views of the world’s largest flat top mountain, The Grand Mesa. With a spacious outdoor firepit to view the sunset and take in the breathtaking vista, The Overlook is a perfect oasis to soak up the beauty of the Western Slope. The Space

The property sits atop a Mesa overlooking the town of Delta and the Grand Mesa. A large firepit sits out back with 8 comfortable chairs. A small deck also overlooks the yard and landscape.

Inside the home is cozy and bright. Large windows overlooking the town and VERY well equipped kitchen. From spices, to sugar, condiments, a coffee bar, tons of cookware and a well stocked laundry.

All beds are new as of July 2024 and the linens are comfortable with ample pillows and down duvets.

There is a record player and tons of board games and cards with a small gaming area in the basement.

Bathrooms are also stocked with hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner and other incidental toiletry items. First aid kit is also available.

Tons of parking in front of home with room for trailer turn around or RV parking.

				This was a charming home absolutely beautiful.  It had everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient.  I will be using this home again in the future for sure.  There was plenty of room for everyone.

				The perfect retreat for attending Applefest in Cedaredge. Stores, Museum, restaurants, and groceries are all within walking distance. Beautiful, clean home with character galore. Helpful hosts. Will be back.

				Great place to stay on the way to crested butte via Kebler Pass. The house fit our family and we didn’t feel like we were being price gouged. I’d highly recommend this place to rest your head.

				Corey’s & Michelle’s was just as described. The house is in a great location. Friendly neighborhood just a few blks to local shops and Restaurants. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. My grandsughter enjoyed the children’s play space . The adults enjoyed an evening in the outdoor hot tub. I myself enjoyed both the hot tub and nice relax g bathtub. We had a very comfortable stay.

				I felt so at home staying at this house.    Everything was so clean and inviting.  They had a book for restaurants and places to go and see which was very helpful.  Check in was so very simple which is always nice.  This house is charming in everyway.  Corey and Michelle were so quick to respond.  Anytime I had to ask a question they were super helpful.  There was a bit of confusion on my part about the check out but again they were so understanding and helpful.   I will definitely 
look to rent this listing again and will tell anyone who is going to Delta, CO to look this place up.  I’m still talking about  how quaint and cozy it was.  They had a record player with records for you to use which was so nice when your in the kitchen getting meals ready or just sitting and visiting with your loved ones drinking coffee.   The hot tub was perfect and they had games to play outside.  We  didn’t need to go to the store for anything.   Their house was stocked with whatever you might need.
